DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to book a room a deposit is required which can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Deposit is charged to credit card at time of booking.
• 1 night - Deposit required $45 CDN
• Additional nights - $30 CDN

Should you need to cancel less that 14 days prior to your arrival, this deposit is fully refundable less a $25 service fee. If you unfortunately need to cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you will loose your deposit unless the room is booked for the days booked. Should you need to check out out before the last day of the reservation, you will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.

For reserving one of our cottages, a deposit through Visa, Mastercard, or Amex is also required.
• Lighthouse Cottage weekly deposit $250.00
• Cape Cottage weekly deposit $300.00

For cancellations, your deposit is fully refundable if cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to arrive less a $50 service fee. Within 8 weeks of arrival, you will loose your deposit unless the cottage is booked for the days booked. As with our rooms, you will be required to pay for the days reserved in full should you need to check out out before the last day of the reservation.
